The Service was awesome, they weren't too busy which made the whole experience better. The food has gotten better since last time we came here. they seemed to be really focused on us and it made our experience better. We came with my dad who has a medical condition which makes his odor unbearable for most situations and they didn't bat an eye at it. we kept apologizing but my dad didn't seem to notice. this was a really good experience for my family because of this....

I was at the Red Lobster in Murray to try Lobster fest. I had ordered 3 items and when I received my plate one of my tails was cold, my rice was cold and my l Lobster mac and cheese was luke warm. My broccoli was hot and my other tail was too. I thought it was just in my head.
When I figured out it wasn't in my head i finally spoke up. I pulled aside who I thought was a waitress, but turned out to be the food prep chef Mgr. We spoke and my waitress came over.

In the past, I've always loved Red Lobster, but in the past 3 times I've been, it seems like the quality has taken a big hit downward.
We ordered 2 large seafood platters (what else would you get at a place named for its SEA food?)
The lobster tail didn't seem fresh even though they were cooked live?
Our scallops were extremely overcooked, and we had to get them re-made (I very RARELY send things back to the kitchen, anywhere)
