Unfortunately, this was a pretty disappointing experience. The food was overly greasy and buttery, which made it hard to enjoy. Our server checked in, but didn’t pre-bus the table, so we were left with a stack of dirty dishes throughout the meal. On top of that, the whole place feels dark, outdated, and just kind of depressing to sit in. Definitely not what I expect from a national chain like Red Lobster.

Everything was great, our waitress forgot the drink refills twice, but they were super busy and we were near the end of our meal when we needed them so it was no issue for us. Despite us saying it was fine, they apologized with a free ice cream. It was also nice to see the manager wasn't just supervising. He was helping bus tables, wipe things down, seat people etc. Out of every red lobster I've ever eaten at, these guys knew how to handle things and did a great job!...

The food was good. The service was poor. I get they were busy but we sat for like 15 minutes without ever a visit from the waitress. She told my brother twice that she'd bring him a refill and didn't. Never topped off the waters. Kids plates should come out first for hungry, board kids, and not be hot plates so they burn their little finger. And really? Kraft mac and cheese? That's pretty sad.
