“Very friendly employees. They are first come first served. Dispatch told me they can start taking the unloads at 10 AM but that they open 7 AM. I was there at 7 AM to check in and they told me since it’s Friday, they can go ahead and unload me. I think I was Done at about 8:20 AM. Arrived the night before to the top stop truckstop right on the corner about 200 yards away. That truckstop was entirely full of locals and no room to park, 7:40pm on a Thursday. I had to backtrack 6 miles back to another truckstop called basin market truckstop. That truckstop has a huge paved lot. Plenty of room, did not fill up overnight, and is very clean and was very quiet. FREE PARKING.If I ever come to this area again, I will stay at the basin market truckstop. Showers there are only $10. I wouldn’t attempt the top stop truckstop again. Thank you C&H!”

“We had driven from Bryce to Moab today and were looking for a nice spot to have dinner. So glad we stopped at Antica Forna! Great menu and wine list and the service was superb—attentive and quick. The lasagna was fantastic as was the pizza and Caesar salad. Our server Miguel was wonderful! Highly recommend.”

“I knew this place would be worth the wait. I asked for them to surprise me with a hot coffee and iced coffee, and they did not disappoint. Probably the best coffee I have ever had. Also got a yummy bagel. Sad I’m only passing through town, because this would be my go to every day. The service was also great. Wish I would have got her name because she was super friendly and helpful! I will be back whenever I’m in town. Thank you!!”

“I’ve been to Hit the Roast quite a few times now, and after so many great experiences, I finally felt like I needed to write a review!
Their soups are seriously so good!! you can tell they put care into making them. It’s the perfect pair with the toasted sandwich’s. Everything tastes fresh and the portions are just right for lunch. I’ve tried them multiple times and they never disappoint.
Their breakfast sandwich’s are sooo amazing! The bread is toasted just right, the eggs are cooked perfectly, They’re filling, flavorful, and honestly one of my favorite things to get when I’m there for breakfast.
And I can’t forget about their pumpkin chai!! It’s so good, especially if you love a cozy fall drink. It’s definitely become one of my go-to drinks.
The girls behind the counter are always so friendly and welcoming, They’re kind and helpful. The service is also really well-paced—not rushed, but you’re never sitting around waiting forever either.”

I just wanted to mention something I’ve noticed a few times. When I order an Americano with vanilla cold foam, it has been made with cream added to the coffee, even though I didn’t request it. I’ve mentioned it before without asking for my drink to be remade, but it keeps happening.

Would you please make a note for the baristas that unless a customer specifically asks for cream, it shouldn’t be added? I would really appreciate it.

I would think most people stay home and cook so they don’t have to leave their homes in my opinion. Have not been here? “I was expecting a bar, which was not the case. However food was incredible and service was exceptional. My server Jamie took great care of me and smokes some incredible meat which she takes great pride in and any barbecue fan would enjoy. Would highly recommend if you are in town!”

Stopped in after a hard day of mountain biking and hiking. Service was outstanding - very friendly and fast (but not too fast). The salsa with the chip trap is one of the best I've ever had. Really great flavor, not spicy hot (which I would have loved); just excellent!

Despite how hungry I was I could only eat a little over half the serving. The refried beans weren't anything special, the spanish rice was fresh and seasoned nicely, but the tacos al pastor with the enchilada sauce and soft white corn shells was amazing!

Small seating capacity and fun cantina style atmosphere topped it off. A bit on the pricy side but well worth it. Will definitely go back!!”

“We stopped in here while visiting Vernal for a trip to the Dinosaur National Monument. After looking up restaurants, this was what seemed most appropriate for our family. We were able to get sushi and the only Asian food my son will eat--teriyaki chicken. We were very happy with our orders; my son even exclaimed that he'd received so much teriyaki chicken that he couldn't finish it all!

If we ever get back to Vernal, we'll definitely stop in here again.”
