The chicken family meals are great
On February 14,2023 I made several attempts ro submit an order on the app,to no avail.Me and the wife ,love the food. I went inside to place the order,in person and explained the difficulty with the app. The Shift leader and another nice lady apologized. They didn't need to. They also gave us their employee discount. It's service like this,that will keep us coming back.
El Pollo Loco serves great chicken. And that's about it. The chicken is fire grilled and is comparable to most other fire grilled chicken resteraunts.
All of the sides I have tried have been descent but not great. The price is ok and the atmosphere is pretty good.
