Javier's will always and forever be my favorite Mexican restaurant. The food is always delicious, staff is always so friendly and outgoing, and prices are always reasonable. Also, they have THE BEST fried ice cream in all the world
Delicious Mexican Style dishes served super staff waitress very pleasant, helpful with discriptions of variety of Mexican Dishes on the menu atomsphere pleasant warm inviting clean dining area chips and salsa served right with the greeting food tasty, delicious,right portions served. Plenty of parking w/ handicap at entrance very clean parking area
If you're from Ogden, then you know this place is a staple. My kids have grown up in these restaurants. The owner and his entire staff at ALL of his locations are top shelf. Kind, friendly, and very welcoming. However.....we went this last week( it's been a while) and while all the cleanliness and friendliness was still there, the food seemed to have e slipped a bit, portions seemed much smaller, rice seemed different, beans were very thin and just the overall appearance...
