In my recent visit here one of my sandwiches got mixed up. The staff handled the situation so well and quickly made me the correct sandwich. I was so impressed by their understanding and professionalism. I've been to this location several times and have always been happy with the service provided.

The stay here all has a great sense of humor! When, I, the customer think I'm in a totally different sandwich chain and order from THAT chain's menu...... 🤦😝 We all had a great laugh at that.

Ii really like Jimmy johns, they have good food and are willing to work with my wife's celiac allergy really well, but I just went in to this location and tried to pay for a $60 order with a $100 bill, and they wouldn't accept it. Their reasoning, they can't afford to make change.
It really bugs me when stores won't take cash, and I could even understand not breaking $100 bill of a $5 order, but this is ridiculous.
