The Prairie Schooner is a great steak house. Their appetizers are on point. Their service is very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend for a date night or for company functions.
Came here for a small company dinner on 12/01/2025 and everyone seemed to love what they ordered! Food was great! It was my first time trying lobster tail, and I loved it!! The chicken was delicious and tender, and I loved the Spinach artichoke dip. The steak unfortunately did not meet my expectations for the price, but was still good.

Had our company party here. Room was very cold. We asked for heat to be turned up and it did not happen. Waiter was overwhelmed with our large party. Being the only staff with our large group he never got back to check how our food was? Probably knew it was cold and steaks were not cooked as ordered. Batter on shrimp was under cooked. Waiter should of had help with such a large group. Manager should be out asking customers how food and experience is, was? Never happened.Took...
