I belong to a group of 10-20 guys that meet for dinner and drinks every Tuesday. Was excited to try this place out as helped design it years ago and open it as a Deli for Flying J employees. Upon arrival, I met and had a nice conversation with the owner. There were 10 of us tonight and the restaurant was relatively busy, so the 40 minute wait for food was not a surprise. We had a family dinner at Steiny’s Sports Bar before the BYU vs Utah football game. It was a fantastic atmosphere to enjoy dinner while staying connected to all the College football games. The food was fabulous. Most of our party ordered the Quesadillas and everyone loved the one they ordered. The only down fall was they only offer Diet Coke and many of us prefer Coke Zero or Diet Dr. Pepper. Our server was darling and attentive. We were a party of eight, so she had her hands...
