“First time here and was totally happy with the entire visit from service, food, and atmosphere. The server was on point there when needed and disappeared out of sight. The music was great for the environment not to loud to interrupt our conversation. The food was great from the bread to the main course. The Lasagna was amazing recommend it to anyone. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their food and we definitely did too. The food was well worth the price and again recommend all to try this place out. Will be back in the future“

“My family and I have been going to Tona for years, and there is plenty of reasons why. The staff are very polite and have good service. The food is PHENOMINAL. Whether you get a roll, Terriyaki beef/chicken or the miso soup. I lived in Japan for 2 years and this place is without a doubt the best place I've been to in Utah that can compare. We will forever be suppprters and customers of this establishment.“

If you’re a sour a fan then you gotta check them out. It’s a bar with no kitchen. They have no problem with you bringing food or ordering it. Fun place for a date night- bring your own food, have a beer, play one of their board games. Veteran owned, highly recommend.“

“The cooks are great! The service horrible meaning : while eating at the front counter I had a waitress sweeping her broom really hard creating dust and flinging debris my way while I'm trying to eat. Other time while eating they had the mop bucket close enough to my vicinity all I could smell was the cleaning product and not my food. The waitresses and waiters there belong in a truck stop off the freeway. This falls on the management too bad!“

“Words can’t describe how much this place means too me. I’ve genuinely tried most Greek places in Utah and I ALWAYS come back to Greek Gardens. The food is unmatched, the meat is always seasoned and cooked perfectly, the rice always delicious, the fry’s always hot and crispy and the salad always refreshing.. literally everything about this restaurant is top tier.. including the service!! I’ve been coming here with my family since i was a little child and they always remember me even being a grown up now! I will always recommend this place. Best Greek food.. period“

“Quite loud in the dining area. A crying baby added to the raucous. My filet was cooked to medium-rare but the sear was slightly over done with spots of excess saltiness. My mashed potatoes and salad were fine. The lady enjoyed her salmon. I had a couple of pieces of her asparagus - way undercooked and a funky tang to it. Worst part of the meal. My cheap jack and coke hit the spot.“

“A family favorite for over 20 years but after Ray the old owner died it’s gone way down hill, they screwed up my order and refused to fix it and still charged us saying it was between me and the kitchen ( what’s his job?) we won’t be back.“

The new location is much larger but carries the same cozy college vibes the old one did. I was able to pick up a fun t shirt for memories and enjoyed my Margh slice like I used to. “Service was genuinely great — friendly and attentive — though we didn’t get a drink refill unless we asked (understandable with only 2–3 waitresses working). The food was a solid value for the price. I had the French dip with au jus and tater tots. The French dip came with an interesting twist — more cubed meat rather than the traditional sliced style — but still flavorful. The au jus was delicious, and the tater tots were phenomenal, perfectly seasoned and hot off the grill.

“As a frequent traveler I search for locally owned restaurants and this was a good find. The service was fast and friendly and the food was good. The sesame chicken was cooked well and with a nice sauce and the ham fried rice was surprisingly good, tastes much better than it looks. The egg roll was somehow crispy yet still greasy wit decent flavor.“

“I can’t express how damn good the food is here.

I came here during one my work trips to eat the highly rated birria tacos. I ended up coming on the day where the special of the day was chicken tinga. I don’t remember what day it was, but I guess they only specifically serve it on that day. I love the way my mother in law makes tinga, so why not if it’s only being served one day out of the week. I went on a whim and ordered it.

I figured I could eat three, but they put mountains of chicken on the tostadas. The tinga was so flavorful, juicy, and absolutely delicious. Kind of spicy, but worth it. They also had strawberry Fresca that day, eye popping delicious, I even wanted to take something to go. I could’ve fit more in my stomach that day so I payed and left.

I had to catch a flight the next day at night, but I made sure to come back to have the birria tacos. Man that was way too good as well. So much flavor, and again a little on the spicy side, but I don’t mind it when you got all that flavor.

Excellent food here! The young lady with braces who served me both times was very attentive and friendly.

“Not something you’d think has amazing food. Building is nondescript and plain. Very easy to miss but it makes it in a best kept secret you want to share. We got the two meat plates. We got Kuala pork and teriyaki chicken and grilled chicken. They give you two heaping piles of rice and Mac salad. The guava cake was so moist and not too sweet.
They give you sauce options and there’s Hawaiian drinks or coke products. The menu is very clear and there’s even a drive thru.
Bathrooms were clean and it was nice and quiet. Great place to stop on your way out of town if you don’t mind a bit of a detour.

“A great local sandwich shop. The sandwiches, soup, and cookies were all great. The pumpkin brownie was the only thing that had a thumbs down from our out of town group. The ordering form not very intuitive for first timers, but staff was happy to help. We made new friends that photo bombed our group shot. 😂“

“While traveling through the Ogden area, I got a desire for BBQ and went to the Goodwood restaurant for takeout. I ordered the burnt ends dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The meat was well cooked and of good quantity. It was nice to receive properly cooked broccoli also. I will definitely return to this restaurant when I am in the area.“

“Best vegan options. I had the avocado tostada and the flavor was super delicious. Their fresh guacamole was wonderful. We also had queso made at the table which was wonderful. And we cheated and had their flan which was beyond wonderful. My husband had their carna asada meal and ate every bite. And of course their margaritas hit the spot. We came from Washington to try their food. And did not disappoint.“
