The food is always good here and most of them have a pretty decent military discount. I feel like they should treat everyone like it is their first time there to explain things though. I don't live in the state and forget how they do things sometimes, so a little explanation would be helpful.
Met the sweetest neighbor at the gas station the a couple weeks ago. Josh was his name I believe. A big wig with Cafe Rio, stationed in Vegas. After enjoying a casual conversation he gifted me this business card that said FREE MEAL. Such a kind thing for a girl who just lost her job. Thank you Cafe Rio for a delicious lunch!
