I absolutely love this place. The food is always fresh and delicious, whether they're made at the front (to order) or resting behind the cafe counter. This is a café which is run by the students of the UVU Culinary Arts Institute. It is open for lunch weekdays from 11a-3p, excluding major holidays. The menu is varied including house made hamburgers, pasta dishes, and an entree of roasted meats with vegetables and a starch. There is also a special of the day which according to what the students decide to prepare. There is a salad bar. There are also desserts.
