Awful customer service. I have been a Carrabba's fan for years, but Orem has taken "the dive." I called today to inquire about online delivery options. After a brief conversation where the employee indicated they could not help, I asked who could help. She indicates a manager, but there are none around. I asked when. She says, "Okay, good-bye" and hangs up. The new standard for restaurant service. Thanks Carrabba's.
