Overall experience here is a 5 star due to the pros out weigh the cons. The staff have wonderful customer service skills, and the shipping and receiving department had us loaded in a reasonable time. Thanks for your friendly service.
Granny B's used to be SSSOOOOOOOO good. My siblings and I used to get them from the vending machines by my house when we were younger (like 20 years ago). Back then they have more varieties as well. The sugar cookie was always my favorite though, so I'm not complaining that is the only option now in the vending machines. Love the cookies, but being in Phoenix I don't know where to buy them. Winco used to carry them but no longer. E-Mails to their office go unanswered, and no one answers the phone in Customer Svc. Guess they're not too concerned about it.
