We've been driving past this restaurant for years and finally stopped in! We loved the sushi, but the fusion dish we had was incredible. The sauces were amazing and we would define bring friends and family by in the future.
I had previously come across this restaurant, and finally got around to checking them out. I did not have any prior expectations because I had never come across a Peruvian Japanese Fusion restaurant. Immediately upon entering, I could tell that there was something different about this restaurant. I ordered the Pollo A La Brasa, and my friend ordered the Lomo Saltado. Had high expectations based on the online reviews but somehow the food was even better. Three of us shared lomo saltado, ceviche, and pollo a la brasa. Each was great. The fries were surprisingly good and the sauces were excellent. I’m surprised it wasn’t more crowded, even on a Monday night. We’ll definitely be back.
