Did somebody say buffet? A staple feature of ski resorts, the variability of lunch buffets in DV is pronounced. Stein’s remains the gold standard in terms of food and service; it is also toughest to get into for non-guests. My husband and I came here not really knowing what to expect, but we were blown away!
The building/atmosphere is incredible. The trees are all lit up outside, the dining area is stunning, the view is spectacular, and that's all before we even get to the food itself.
Our server (shout out to Lindsey!) was phenomenal. She took great care of us - checking in frequently and ensuring our experience was top tier.
We ordered the wagyu (A5 and filet mignon)...

Great Food Great service. We got in on a friday evening, and the first thing we wanted after a long flight and a distant drive from SLC Airport was something to eat. Our Drive that we had from All Seasons VIP Transportation in SLC recommended apex since it was alreayd in the hotel we where staying at we decided ok we would wait to get food till we got up the mountian.
