We had a wonderful dining experience at Chimayo. We started with the trio of soups, which were warm, comforting, and full of layered flavors, a perfect way to begin the meal. The appetizer trio was also excellent, offering a great variety and beautifully balanced tastes. The margarita truly stood out, perfectly crafted, refreshing, and one of the best we've had. It's probably our favorite restaurant in Park City. Yes, it's been there forever and, yes, the menu doesn't change much. But it's consistently good and the chef himself acts as the expediter, checking every dish before it leaves the kitchen. Don't miss the churros stuffed with cream with the chocolate dipping sauce for desert!
Amazing restaurant in Park City. Took my wife here on her birthday and was blown away! The food was incredible, the ambiance perfect, and the service was great. We had a wonderful time and she was so happy we dinned here for her special day. Highly recommend!
