If you're looking for something terrific this fall - go to Chimayo. The service is exceptional- Lilly and Tyler could not be nicer and make they make you feel like you are family. The tuna appetizer w guacamole is light, fresh and delicious. The trout fajitas are not to be missed!
Great choice for dinner. The ribs were simply amazing with a very unusual presentation. Jonathan, our waiter, was the best. Personable and knowledgeable. One of our favorites when we visit PC.
