Loved the ambience, service was great. I had the shrimp avocado which was delicious. My picky eater enjoyed the chicken nuggets. We shared an order of churros. Everything was excellent.
We were there on a Saturday during Sundance. They started by holding our reservation when we were stuck in festival traffic. The food and service were top notch. The elk was delicious. This was our first of two dinners at Bill White restaurants (Pine Cone Ridge) and both were great.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Chimayo. We started with the trio of soups, which were warm, comforting, and full of layered flavors, a perfect way to begin the meal. The appetizer trio was also excellent, offering a great variety and beautifully balanced tastes. The margarita truly stood out, perfectly crafted, refreshing, and one of the best we've had.
