Customer service was sub-par. Kudos to the young man working as fast as he could to get everyone's ice cream and check out customers. They had two other employees working in the back making cakes and never came out to try and help with the line that was 30 to 40 min long!
All the people hating are just opps I went there and a very kind fella named Keegan helped me, ice cream was absolutely scrumdiddlyumptious. And to the owner all the one star reviews are expecting 10/10 Keegan some people could reach that hierarchy training for 50 years. Make Keegan the boss man of cold stone then you will see your rating go from 3.4 to 5
Luciana was so kind and helpful! The other two employees in the back sat and talked instead of coming out to help Luciana when she was swamped taking orders, filling to go orders, and checking many people out. Luciana worked as fast as she could and constantly apologized for the wait. 5 stars to luciana, 0 to the two employees in the back. I wish it was an option to tip just her instead of the other two employees in the back as well.
