Came to collies on Sunday early afternoon and would definitely recommend! The hostess welcomed us warmly with a smile and our waitress was so sweet. We had great service and the food is pretty good. The place was a little loud with all the people in the bar, but we enjoyed the lively energy!
My mozzarella and tomato salad was what it is The burger was okay fries were all right the balsamic vinaigrette on the mozzarella tomatoes was probably the best homemade balsamic I've ever had however there was a huge table sitting across from us and they were so loud that I would about get the manager to tell them to pipe it down and we sat down and the table next to us didn't get their food till after us and I was about to ask our waitress what was going on they were...
We took a drive from Salt Lake City to Park City. This is a ski resort in winter. I visited in summer so no snow. The are is beautiful. Collier's is on the bottom end of the old main road. The service was great and our waiter made sure we were looked after. Friendly and efficient. I tried the fish and chips. Good choice.
