The fajitas I had were good. The margarita I had was quite weak in terms of flavor and alcohol content. Have a beer with your fajitas.
The food was delicious although a little overpriced. We were greeted promptly but the call back was ok and it took awhile for our waiter to bring us the check.
Food was at best average and priced at ski resort levels. Although the place was not very crowded, the noise level was high enough for an older person like me to strain to carry-on a conversation. The service was good, attentive but not obtrusive. However, our entree came to the table before we had finished our appetizer. There are better tasting Mexican restaurants in Park City and at more reasonable prices.
Great food, service and ambiance. Dos Olas is a not so hidden gem. With the new Sunrise gondola next door Dos Olas won't be a well kept secret for long. We loved the connection to the Pendry plaza. Every dish was delicious.
Our waiter was great, shrimp salad was delicious as well as the guacamole and margaritas!!
I have been to Dol Olas a couple of times since it opened. It has really gone downhill in the last year. From the margaritas to our dinner everything was very under amazing, including the chips & salsa. Several in the group had the Carne Asada fajitas and the meat was so tough and nearly inedible. There was very little flavor and even the rice & beans was not good. We will not be going back.
Whatever they pay Matt, it’s not enough. We’ve been going here since it opened. It ranges from good to great, but always enjoyable. Apparently they have a new chef this year and some of our favorites aren’t on the menu anymore. Matt, a bartender and server, carefully steered us through the food and drink menu and made sure we had a fantastic time. We love the nachos and steak fajitas.

Food is straightforward and tasty. It’s not at all fanciful, just simple.

The food was really good (tacos and fajitas) and service was pretty decent (they had a lot of people working so lots of attentiveness)! But the prices were a little crazy. $8 charge for rice and beans (which is not included with any entree) and I was charged $12 for hot sauce. And no free soda refills. Just felt like they were plugging money anywhere they could, but I guess that’s park city for ya. The music was a little loud for a sit down restaurant. Overall really enjoyed the food but I’m not sure it was worth the $200.

Service as always was pleasant and attentive. We tried a variety of cocktails, none of which disappointed. For our meal we began with guacamole which is perfectly creamy and full of flavor. Bonus for our table, there are few to no tomatoes in it! We also ordered the trio of spicy salsas with chips. We LOVE heat but these were a bit much for us with just chips. However, they were excellent on top of the tacos we ordered for the main course. Which brings me to the tacos. Our group sampled the fish, pork and carne asada. All were excellent. We had no room for dessert. Will definitely return.

Clean inside and was seated right away with a reservation. Music was loud. Our kids chicken finger meal was completely raw and cold so that was very disappoint after she had eaten half a strip already. Tacos came with flour tortillas when we ordered corn. Dad’s salad was soaked in dressing. Very disappointed in the quality of the $300+ meal we ordered

Service and atmosphere were great! They have a decent selection of merchandise you can buy, such as shirts, hats, etc.
The House Margaritas were so good, too! Hoping to try the food next time.

We were really looking forward to trying this new place, However, it was underwhelming. The tortilla soup was more like enchilada soup, very thick and pasty. The elote was cold and without the typical mayo base sauce. We liked the fish tacos and shrimp tacos but the carne asada had an odd flavor. Maybe too much cumin. The signature margaritas were the highlight of the meal. Better luck next time
Great atmosphere. The service was fantastic and the food was amazing. Highly recommended.

All the food tasted the same. Very bland. Salsa was horrible. We ordered Chicken fajitas and the chicken was awful, tasted like it was pre-made. Barely came with toppings. Very over priced. I would rather have taco bell. Enchiladas was made with canned chicken. Everything we ordered tasted the same
