My wife & I had an excellent dinner experience. Much of that was due to our waiter. Gilbert was very professional, friendly & personable. Being our first time there, he was quick to explain the dishes and menu options. The timing of each meal course was perfect with no feeling of rush to finish. The restaurant is very elegant and inviting. The whole staff worked very well together to make sure the experience was memorable. I would definitely eat there again.
Good food, great service. Great attention to detail. Everything was done with the utmost quality.
The air was still, seemingly stuffy and warm. The spicy lobster appetizer was greasy, unfortunately because it was plated beautifully. The service was fabulous. The prices were a bit over the top.
Matthew the restaurant manager and his staff are amazing. They always remember us. The pop up bread that they serve every guest for free is delicious. The chef prepares New England lobster and hot off the grill steak fillets perfectly.
We stop here at least once per trip. Last weekend we went here both Friday and Saturday nights.
You must stay for their delicious desserts.
Unfortunately good service doesn't make up for really really mediocre steak. I'm pretty sure I have gotten better steaks from Texas Roadhouse for 1/5 of the price. If a steakhouse is going to be more than Ruth's Chris, Capital Grill it had better be amazing. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. It was thin, lacked flavor, and just wasnt even super tender. Save your money if you want a steak.
Took a date here and if was amazing the food and the expiriance was great our server was wonderful and even offered to take pictures of us with all our food 10/10 would go again
Edge is probably the best steakhouse you can find in Park City. It is very very fancy, and it’s nice they will call you prior to your reservation to remind you of the dress code. It’s definitely experiential dining. I got the elk and it was hands down one of the best entrees I’ve ever had. Some of the sides were okay, but overall still a fantastic dinner in a fantastic place.
Amazing atmosphere! Great food! Each meal designed with love! Perfect service!
Fabulous atmosphere, great food and good vibes. Seafood tower was just amazing. Steak session was so insanely good even though I never eat rear meat just another level. Smoked Old-fashioned cocktail was amazing. Service also was in the high level. I’m amazing presentation. Well recommended.
The food was excellent and our service staff were the best. Eunice took such good care of us and explained everything fully. What a terrific place to have a wonderful dinner!

Nice setting. Convenient while staying in the canyons. Food and drinks were good. Waiter was pretentious and annoying. Many guests did not abide the “dress code” which they called to remind of. The snooty attitude offset the food. For that reason, would not return.
The best food that we had in a week spent at Park City and Deer Valley Resorts. It's a very elegant restaurant, with a soft music in the background, so you can have a nice conversation, this is the opposite that we found this year as a common in the rest of the restaurants that we visited, all extremely noisy and lack of ambiance. My 8oz tenderloin domestic Wagyu was amazing, so so tender and flavorful with just a pinch of salt. The best I had in years. Very elegant decor and outstanding service from the beginning to the end. They have a very well crafted wine list.
Service was very good throughout with spot-on recommendations. American wagyu rib cap cooked to chef's recommendation (med rare) was cooked perfect in the middle, but for $100+ it was grisly and the sear on one side was charred. I had to cut the whole end off to not get burnt meat taste in every bite. My wife ordered filet minon from Niman and it was excellent. Oysters, beef tartare, lobster bisque, Edge salad, brussel sprouts, and garlic mash all were great choices. Bone marrow and tiramisu cheesecake we would not order again. Not bad, just nothing special and not to our taste. Wine menu was decent with several half bottle options that are good for smaller parties. Mixed drinks did not disappoint. Overall a wonderful date night for the wife and I.
Greg gave great service and the whole team were fantastic. Great steaks and really appreciated the birthday touch.
A great pick to end a day of skiing on a high note! Great food and service was impeccable. Thank you.
