My husband and I had an absolutely lovely evening. We each did the tasting menu, and it was wonderful. This was supplemented by a fantastic popover, dark chocolate, a refreshing palate cleanser, and a mini appetizer at the start (all complimentary). Our server was really fantastic - friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back again!

5-star luxury dining at its best! Our steaks were cooked to perfection, and the sides were amazing. Don't miss out on the huge wine selection or their yummy desserts! The service was top notch, and we felt very spoiled. Eating here was definitely the highlight of our trip.

Had the 6oz filet mignon, spicy shrimp and a couple of “black diamond” cocktails…. All were excellent. The house bread and other treats from the kitchen were also excellent. A fantastic meal.

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Edge Steakhouse. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere exactly what you would expect, and the meal was fantastic. A little pricey but it was for a special occasion. I would recommend it to others, especially if the cost doesn't matter.

Eunice is the best! Matt the GM makes the experience even better. It's like an LA or Vegas top steakhouse in Park City. I love this place.

545p reservation. Informed waiter that we wanted to finish by 7p. We didn't receive our entrees until after 8p.

Very nice place. Food was good but not a place I would visit again. Spicy shrimp was fried batter and uneventful flavor. NY strip was very good. Sides were ok. Service was very good but felt they were pushing product a lot.

It was like we were at The Bear when Cousin Ritchie gave Uncle Jimmy the chocolate covered banana. Thank you guys for the best dining experience I have had in a very long time.

Absolutely wonderful! We were dining with a total of 9 people. The management staff and our wait staff (Greg) were fantastic, attentive, and accommodating. From the second we walked into the restaurant, we enjoyed a warm reception in a very classic setting. The menu was thoughtful with beautiful selections, and the items we selected were top notch! We look forward to returning again in the future. Nicely done!

My wife & I had an excellent dinner experience. Much of that was due to our waiter. Gilbert was very professional, friendly & personable. Being our first time there, he was quick to explain the dishes and menu options. The timing of each meal course was perfect with no feeling of rush to finish. The restaurant is very elegant and inviting. The whole staff worked very well together to make sure the experience was memorable. I would definitely eat there again.

The air was still, seemingly stuffy and warm. The spicy lobster appetizer was greasy, unfortunately because it was plated beautifully. The service was fabulous. The prices were a bit over the top.

Matthew the restaurant manager and his staff are amazing. They always remember us. The pop up bread that they serve every guest for free is delicious. The chef prepares New England lobster and hot off the grill steak fillets perfectly.

We stop here at least once per trip. Last weekend we went here both Friday and Saturday nights.

You must stay for their delicious desserts.

A real treat! The food was amazing! More than dining, the food was an experience. The steaks among the best we've ever enjoyed anywhere. The chef and kitchen accommodated adjustments to menu items according to our requests and preferences. Very much look forward to dining at the Edge Steakhouse again! Absolutely, first class, food, service and overall experience!

Unfortunately good service doesn't make up for really really mediocre steak. I'm pretty sure I have gotten better steaks from Texas Roadhouse for 1/5 of the price. If a steakhouse is going to be more than Ruth's Chris, Capital Grill it had better be amazing. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. It was thin, lacked flavor, and just wasnt even super tender. Save your money if you want a steak.
