James and staff made our visit last night a very memorable experience for our family. James showed knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail that stood out to our group. James is a true master of his trade.

Bar tenders (Mike and Valentino) were a huge highlight. Personable, great recommendations and professional! I'm thankful to have gotten to spend a couple of hours with them!
Scallop appetizer was phenomenal
Lobster risotto was good - could have used a little more seasoning, but saffron flavor was strong ❤️

Very small portions , Ceasar had 2 lettuce leafs, potato was under cooked , rib eye half fat but they did take off bull , sides really not enough to share w more than 2 , bright lights took away from atmosphere . Staff very nice and helpful

My family has been coming here for about 20 years - from the time it was still Westgate Grill. Through that time we’ve seen this place undergo a lot of change in all kinds of directions. But as of the past 3-5 years, we think Edge has entered its most interesting and inventive era yet. They’ve added tendon cracklings - yes, tendon cracklings!! - to their already-phenomenal wagyu tartare. What an inventive way to represent more of the animal on the plate and highlight underutilized cuts! The delicious truffle mac and cheese has also been retooled to be somehow lighter but still very bit as decadent. But most importantly, the staff here continues to be top notch season after season. We’ve noticed lots of retention year to year as of late, and are particularly fond of Gilbert, who has been exceedingly warm, hospitable, and knowledgeable. Lily, Gustavo, and all the front of house staff are also all so warm and a credit to the profession. We’re honestly very grateful to be able to return when we can and should such trends continue we will certainly be back again and again.

Our waiter Gilbert was a gentleman. The Restaraunt has a decent vibe. It’s even relatively priced fair for mountainside steakhouse. I ordered the American wagu tenderloin rare. It tasted like it was fried in bacon grease. It was terrible and I didn’t eat it. The rest of the food was equally meh. The chefs samples were inedible. They should get a new chef immediately.

Ok so I'm a big steakhouse person and I LOVE steak! The atmosphere was top notch, the service was wonderful, and all of the food was really good. But the steak, it was the best steak I have had from a restaurant! Or at least tied for 1st. Both my wife and I at different steaks and they were both incredible! Definitely expensive but we went into expecting that.

From the first sear to the last sip, Edge Steakhouse is an absolute masterclass in dining. The ambiance is sophisticated and electric, but the food is the real star—my ribeye was butter-tender and seasoned to perfection.
The service was seamless, and the side dishes were just as impressive as the mains. If you’re looking for a world-class meal that hits every mark, this is it. An absolute must-visit!

Waiting an hour but well worth.
Service is one of a kind. They temporary bring students from other countries for staff.
These kids are great. Their attitude is thankful and polite.

Our server Jennifer was awesome! Now the food was great and drinks also. Two complaints though during the end of our night a “gas line” according to the manager there started to leak and released a horrendous foul smell too which me and my girlfriend had to leave as fast as possible in turn caused me to puke my dinner out. Now the second complaint is directed to the clown who owns the “Pendry Parking garage” across the street, due to me losing my ticket I had to pay $96. Avoid parking there at all cost and just use the Edge Steakhouse valet. Lesson learned.

Sad to give a poor review to what was a nice dinner experience. The ambience of the restaurant and service from our waiter Hutch was fantastic. Unfortunately, the food was incredibly bland and under-seasoned. Our table ordered the gnocchi, the bass, the half chicken, and the elk. Everyone found their food under salted. Sorry to say, it was not worth the price.

I love the good here. It was a strange vibe but I understand they service a very high end clientele. I was most excited for the popover which I loved our last visit and had us coming back but sadly it was cold. The salads, edge and Beet were amazing. The steak was incredible and this is one of the main reasons for visiting but the mashed potatoes were a strange thing mushy texture and also cold. I watched a table beside us served the same and was a completely different consistency and could be seen in the serving dish. I ordered sautéed spinach and was blah. Also cold and no seasoning. Our server checked on us when food was delivered but then got busy and we weren't going to wait so ate our food and didn't mention we didn't want to wait for newly cooked anything and didn't want a credit on our bill. I will say it was disappointing but last year it was so good that we will visit again and make sure to immediately taste to make sure our food is warm.
Excellent service - Gilbert was amazing. Food spectacular, attention to detail - beautiful surroundings. Sides were insanely flavorable - octopus a little chewy but entire experience 5 star
