I love the good here. It was a strange vibe but I understand they service a very high end clientele. I was most excited for the popover which I loved our last visit and had us coming back but sadly it was cold. The salads, edge and Beet were amazing. The steak was incredible and this is one of the main reasons for visiting but the mashed potatoes were a strange thing mushy texture and also cold. I watched a table beside us served the same and was a completely different consistency and could be seen in the serving dish. I ordered sautéed spinach and was blah. Also cold and no seasoning. Our server checked on us when food was delivered but then got busy and we weren't going to wait so ate our food and didn't mention we didn't want to wait for newly cooked anything and didn't want a credit on our bill. I will say it was disappointing but last year it was so good that we will visit again and make sure to immediately taste to make sure our food is warm.

Always a perfect meal! Edge is our favorite restaurant in Park City. We have a lot of great restaurants here, but Edge's service, quality of food, presentation, and creativity of the menu items sets them apart.

I thought the ambience was good, the food was good, but nothing really great. I was a little disappointed with the lobster bisque. It's not your typical lobster bisque. I think sometimes the chefs get too fancy with making dishes when in actuality, you could keep it simple and it's still just so amazing. My flight was kind of thin but cooked really well. I'm not really sure if we'll be back. It's definitely not at the top of my list.

I have to share my experience tonight because they deserve it! I give this place a 10 of 10! Wao, very impressed ! Came for dinner with my girlfriend, the manager Matt took our ski gear and welcomed us at the front , the staff is absolutely fantastic , the food was the best of the best! Highly recommend!

I feel like this could easily be 5 stars but defiantly some room to improve the service was all over the place and parking is really difficult if you do not know where the valet is. The food was good for the most part the French onion soup was a major miss in my eyes. The steaks were good and the drinks I had were also very good. would give it a second chance if I was back in town maybe we went on an off night...

Had to take our dessert to go because our server forgot to bring it after finishing our meal. Waited about twenty minutes while we watched our server pass our table without a word. Very disappointed as a Westgate owner in multiple locations. Cremebrulle wasn't as good after taking it home to Layton. Took some of my wives birthday sparkle away for sure.

Every item we ordered was spectacular. The sashimi appetizer was amazing. We also ordered the wagyu ribeye, brussel sprouts side and parmesan fries. We enjoyed everything so much, we returned the next night. Both Greg and Gilbert, along with all supporting staff took exceptional care of us. Thank you!!

Matt, provided great service as the Sommelier helping us pick the best wine. Gilbert, our server, was attentive and timely through the multiple courses. We can't wait to come back!
