Flying Sumo is a cute little sushi place with a beautiful atmosphere and friendly, helpful service. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including the delicious Tokyo Nachos, a fried gyoza chip topped with spicy tuna, avocado, caviar, and spicy mayo, as well as a light and yummy cucumber salad. The sushi is fresh and tasty, and the handrolls are HUGE. A standout item is the "Tokyo Taco," also known as the Tokyo Burrito, which is highly recommended.
