We arrived early before reservation time, but we were seated immediately, and at a good table. My wife had the beet salad and the spinach gnocchi, both of which were reportedly very tasty. I had calamari fritti and the pappardelle bolognese, both of which were deliciously prepared. This was our first visit to Ghidotti's, but will not be our last.
Isabella was terrific and did not rush us at all. We had the grilled salmon and the sea bass. Both dishes done to perfection along with the sides. Highly recommend if in the park City area.
We had a party of 14 to celebrate a birthday and Ghidotti's was the perfect choice! The atmosphere brings a sense of elegance without being pretentious and the prices are far more reasonable than other Park City restaurants. Our server, Aldo, was amazing. Incredibly friendly, personable, always on top of things with a smile on his face. Even offered us an appetizer on the house, as it was his favorite. All 14 people enjoyed their meals very much.
