My husband and I have visited the Canyons for the past ten years and stay in a condo near your restaurant. Our experience last night was the best by far in the past ten years. Atmosphere and food definitely played a part, but our server Ryan was the reason in me giving this review. From food and wine/champagne recommendations to just being a very friendly person. Not one to usually do reviews, but his service definitely deserves recognition. We will most certainly be returning next year, asking for Ryan as our server. Great job Kita!

My husband and I went to KITA for our anniversary. The food was outstanding, the service was excellent and very professional, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Our waiter, Dillon, couldn't do enough for us. Hats off to the staff at KITA and thank you for the amazing experience.

The vibe is very nice with quietish music playing. The food is incredible highly recommend the steak, Saam platter and fried rice. The sushi is good but not as good as the steak. Highly recommend getting the firecracker and elk chop. Would go back
As a Park City local for over 20 years, this is one of THE best restaurants in town! The food is outstanding, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. As good as it is, Kita is also one of the more expensive restaurants in town. Still, a sublime dining experience, I highly recommend!
Wonderful experience! We had outstanding service. The caesar salad was unique and the milk bread was so good. Highly recommend the chilean sea bass. Great experience will definitely go back
Well previously it's been amazing but this time steaks (rare and medium rare) were over cooked to medium well. Mocktail for $16 was literally a glass full of ice like a snow cone with an inch of liquid. 2 sips. Seriously? Service disappeared at the end as restaurant got busy. Sushi was good. Best dish was the sea bass. Probably won't return.
My experience at Kita at the Pendry Park City was nothing short of extraordinary. Easily one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. I first attended their sushi-making class, which was intimate, beautifully curated, and led by the incredibly talented Chef G, whose passion for his craft and connection with guests made the evening unforgettable. His scallop nigiri was one of the most exquisite bites I’ve ever had, a true testament to his artistry and attention to detail.
After the class, I decided to return later in the evening once the restaurant reopened for dinner to enjoy dessert. The team was incredibly accommodating. Naomi, the general manager, was kind, gracious, and attentive, helping me find a table right away. Claudia, my server, was exceptional. Her warmth, emotional intelligence, and ability to help guests feel seen and valued reflect everything that genuine hospitality should be.
I had no expectations for dessert and simply went with the team’s recommendations, who spoke highly of the Baked Cheesecake and the Chocolate Marquise. They mentioned the Marquise might be unavailable, and when I told Claudia I’d love to try both, she immediately reassured me not to worry, if they were out, the team would happily whip up something chocolatey for me. And they did. The result was an incredible, beautifully presented chocolate dessert and a baked cheesecake that was absolutely to die for.
When you visit, save room for dessert and order the baked cheesecake, it’s a must.
Every person I encountered, from the chefs to the bussers, embodied a level of care and professionalism that’s rare and deeply felt. Thank you to the incredible team at KITA, including but not limited to Naomi, Chef G, Claudia, Jude, and Stephanie, for creating such a heartfelt and memorable experience. I left Kita not only impressed by the food but profoundly touched by the people. I can’t wait to return.

KITA was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, GM Naomi made us feel welcomed and like she was excited we were there. She acknowledged that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and was very friendly! Our server, Jace, took amazing care of us. He made great food recommendations and spent time visiting with us at our table. He brought us a couple of "mocktails" since we were imbibing, so we could still cheers for our anniversary. :) The other waitstaff were very attentive and took it upon themselves to clear any plates we had and refill our water glasses. We enjoyed the miso soup, Hamachi Crudo, Hot Night roll, KITA roll, and Toro sashimi. Everything was well prepared, plated beautifully and very tasty! We will definitely be back to try steak next time. And don't sleep on the baked cheesecake for dessert!
Every aspect-food, service, and ambience-were outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant..
The whole experience and the variety of food selections was simply amazing! Jack was the consummate professional and guided us through the menu so well! We can't wait to return soon!

Unreal experience at Kita. Was celebrating an anniversary and they treated us to a glass of champagne and made us feel really special. The food was unreal, steak cooked perfectly, cocktails were creative. I got the filet with the ginger and garlic steak sauce, then on the side the fried rice with an egg... delicious.
