You guys! This place has vegan and gluten free taco shells for taco salads. Since I have been gluten free 13 years I have never once had a restaurant have gluten free taco shells for the large taco salads. They acted like it was no big deal too! And accommodated vegan like it was a regular occurrence and no issue. The waiter and manger and most of the staff were hot people who get it. Thanks for being so cool. Ifkyk

Dos Olas in Park City is a great spot and definitely worth a visit for some, with a lively atmosphere that fills up quickly. The carne asada fajitas were absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The horchata was refreshing and flavorful, and the churros for dessert were the perfect way to end the meal. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and experience compared to many other restaurants in Park City. However, other reviews describe the food as mediocre Mexican at best, with standard tacos and burritos that are extremely overpriced. Portions were small for the price, and chips and salsa cost extra. One guest noted a total cost of $220 for chips and salsa, side of queso, 4 house margaritas, 2 orders of chicken tacos, 1 order of carne asada tacos, and 1 chicken quesadilla. There were also issues with reservations, as a party with a 19 year old was told they had to be out in under an hour. Great food, service and ambiance is mentioned by others, calling Dos Olas a not so hidden gem with a connection to the Pendry plaza. Every dish was delicious for some, but service and food were good for another guest who got a table for 4 at 5:30 on a Saturday without a reservation.
