Had breakfast here during a recent stay. No complaints, solid fare and excellent outdoor seating areas. But low staffing levels were a challenge - after our meal we discovered the doors to the balcony had all been closed and locked, needed another patron from inside to come and let us back in!
This was our 4th year staying at this Hyatt and enjoying breakfasts and dinners at Escala. The food and the service and overall experience is always top notch!
This year, they were able to accommodate a large party of 17 for dinner and it was seamless and so yummy! The kids all loved the s’mores after dinner. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Place was dead. Maybe we went too early in the evening but the staff was more or less watching over us. Can’t hold that against them so service gets 5 stars. Wish they would turn the lights down as the bright lights made it feel like a conference room. Food was tasty enough.

Escala Provisions Co. is a great restaurant that serves delicious meals and cocktails. They recently hosted a large sales group and provided a good atmosphere for them. The breakfast options are quick and tasty, with good gluten-free choices like chia pudding and chicken sausage. For dinner, the truffle deviled eggs and elk loin with lavender thyme sauce are highly recommended. The service is excellent, especially during quieter times. Many guests have enjoyed breakfast with friendly and attentive service, and the food is consistently good. Located in Canyons Village in Park City, this restaurant is a must-visit for a delightful dining experience, whether for breakfast or dinner.
