We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Shabu. We were able to sit outside had great service and the innovative dining options were just spectacular. We will definitely put Shabu on our must go to list for Park City next time we're in town
We sat outdoors on Main Street. There is a patio out back as well for outdoor seating. Perfect venue to eat at before evening shows at the Egyptian. Shabu always is considerate about time restraints. We had our favorites: Firecracker Shrimp, Spicy Tuna Roll, Sashimi Platter, Blistered Green Beans & Shishito Peppers, and Mochi Ice Cream. Always delicious. Always great service. Our go to restaurant in Park City.
Excellent food and service as usual. We were especially delighted to have been seated at the lucky seat under the dragon's head for my cousin's first time eating at Shabu. The Firecracker shrimp and Wagyu hot rock were amazing, as always. Dim Sum of the day, chicken ginger teriyaki, was also excellent.
