I had the most horrible Starbucks expirence I have ever had at this Starbucks. We ordered 2 drinks and they were super super sweet so we asked politely for the barista to remake it and she refused, stating “we made it how you ordered it”. She was extremely rude. I have never had a Starbucks refuse to make my drink over. I rarely ever ask but this drink was bad. We then asked for a refund then and she acted like we were the jerks. When the employees wanna argue with me about the difference between a macchiato and a caramel apple spice...... then make the wrong drink altogether and it's MY fault? Yeah okay buh bye.

Very disappointed and totally disgusted as we saw the woman pouring our refreshers use her hand to hold ice back from spilling into the drink. The fact that we saw her do it while she knew we were watching makes me absolutely horrified to think how often she’s done it without witnesses… Not sure how that could be considered sanitary or up to Starbucks standards but our drinks and experience was anything but refreshing.
