Marysia the hostess is wonderful. Excellent food and drinks, plus the funicular is always FUN
From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience at The Brass Tag. The hostess was ready for us when we arrived and warmly welcomed us before showing us to our table. We brought the six-inch top tier of our wedding cake to enjoy for our first anniversary (mentioned ahead in our reservation), and the restaurant was kind enough to accept it when we arrived and keep it for us until dessert. My burrata salad with peaches was excellent. My fish and my husband;s bolognese was jusy OK. Our waitress, Chrsitina, was excellent. The $50 corkage fee was absurd.

The Brass Tag is a great place for a casual date night dinner. They offer excellent food with a variety of options on their Italian menu, including delicious pasta and pizza. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service, although some find the wine prices a bit high. Overall, a lovely dining experience with a view of the chefs at work.
