““Server XO” December 3rd around 6-7PM. We came in to grab some boba and food to celebrate a loved one’s birthday. She love boba and plushies. She always loves ramen!!! I didn’t realize how much my group would order, we made sure to add tips to our checks. I greatly want to thank the cook and the kind lady that took our order. She was very understanding and patient. She knew exactly what to recommend to new comers. And even acknowledged that it was my little sister’s birthday and wished her a wonderful day. The workers did such a great job with the food and time management. I have ordered door dash from this place several times and it is definitely one of my favorite places of food choice. I 100% recommend this location. Again thank you guys for all that you do!“

“My favorite boba place in all of Utah Valley! I really don’t think there’s a better tea house unless you go all the way to SLC. The Rising Son with green tea is my personal favorite, and the wings are super tasty and juicy as well! The wings are like the Chinese style of “New Orleans” spice, which has nothing to do with Louisiana as far as I know haha, but is always a crowd pleaser anywhere“

“Tea Mate in Orem is hands down my favorite tea spot. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff who genuinely care about their customers. It’s the kind of place that instantly feels inviting and peaceful, perfect for catching up with friends, studying, or just taking a quiet break during the day.
Their matcha is unmatched. It’s smooth, earthy, and perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too bitter, just pure matcha perfection. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and know how to prepare it right. I’ve tried matcha from so many different cafes, but Tea Mate’s is on another level.
The drinks are always beautifully made, and the presentation is just as impressive as the flavor. I also love that they have a great variety of teas and add-ons, so there’s always something new to try.
If you’re in Orem and love tea, or even if you just want to try something refreshing and unique, Tea Mate is a must. Their matcha alone is worth the trip, and once you try it, you’ll definitely be coming back!“

“The place is spacious and pleasant. Besides delicious boba, you can also get tasty sweet or savory snacks. But the best thing about it is the service. Theo makes you feel very welcome. I highly recommend it.“

“It was my first time trying boba and i was nervous because I didn't know what tea to get with the classic boba so i just chose the Taro milk tea because it has good reviews and i really liked it!! The flavor was really good from the tea and the classic boba. I will definitely be trying more flavors. I also love how there's dairy free options or you can customize it however you like!

“😭First time at Siwg ended up with a sad situation!! 😭 I got a drink with popping boba, and went to the park. I think the large straw pierced a whole in the cup. Maybe I pushed it diwn yo hard?? 🤔 I went to take a drink and it was light as a feather- completely drained out 🤣😭 funny but not funny. Very ironic for a first drink - got it then it was gone 🤦♀️😭“

“Went here on Monday with a dear friend. The parking lot was full, but interestingly the store itself wasn’t crowded at all—probably because most people were heading to the nearby cinema.
There are so many options that it took us a while to decide what to order. The space was quiet enough to sit and chat, making it a pleasant spot to catch up without feeling rushed.🧋💛“

“I have been here many times. Normally the Pho is great and the service is great. Last night, 6 October 2025, there was no ice in the ice machine, I let the kid behind the counter know and at least for the 45 minutes we were there he did nothing about it - so warm beverages for all. In the past the Chicken Pho has been great but last night there was very very little chicken and this was a disappointment for me. The flavor was still very good but of all of the Pho places I have been to in my life this was the least amount of chicken I have ever experienced. We will come back one more time and give them another try because maybe this was just a one-off bad experience and all experiences before this have been very good.“

“The line was a little slow this morning but I think that they were down an employee, but they were still moving and still friendly and I was really was craving the Spice, Spice Baby and even though they were out of the pumpkin pie spice syrup they still made it happen with what they had on hand.“

“We went through the drive-thru at the Cedar Hills Swig location. Our helper was fabulous and so patient with all our drink orders. And the girl at the window was so kind too! Shout out to work at Swig! Perks: Free 16oz per work shift plus a fun atmosphere! Go Swig!“

“Stumbled upon this gem on our way to The Ruth last night. The service was great and our food was incredible! It was so fresh and piping hot. The gyoza were crispy perfection and I loved my sweet and sour chicken bowl. I live over an hour away and I will happily be making the drive just to eat here again!“
