Great service and food! Loved the vegetarian options!
We absolutely loved our experience! The Huancaina roll was incredible! I would have never guessed cheese sauce would go on sushi but I loved it! The Misti Bites and the Chicken Yakimeshi were amazing. Highly recommend!
The food was so good. Some of the combinations I never thought would taste good together but they were amazing. The fusion or the different cultures and foods is really well done!

Misti Maki is a restaurant that offers a unique fusion of different cultures and foods. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a Peruvian influence that makes it stand out from a typical sushi restaurant. The Huancaina roll, Misti Bites, and Chicken Yakimeshi are amazing. The Lomo Saltado is absolutely delicious. The shashimi is some of the best in the state of Utah, and the Eel is to die for. The service is outstanding, friendly, attentive, and kind. The setting is gorgeous, clean, and roomy, with lovely music. The purple corn drink tastes just like Christmas in a cup. The owner is very kind and professional. Misti Maki is highly recommended.
