I was already having a rough day, and when I came in to order my drink, I thought maybe things were turning around. Then I sat down, went to plug in my charger, and—like clockwork—knocked my entire drink over.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the great customer service from the young lady in the drive up today. The service is always was fast and friendly. The young lady took time to have a brief conversation and the drive up during a busy day. It was just a brief moment but I think I just needed a light like hers to brighten my day.
