“We took a group to the Holy taco for lunch today. We were served quickly, and the food was delicious! We had the gringo and the taco. Both were as authentic as I have ever had. wonderful, friendly family atmosphere. Will definitely be coming here again! Would recommend highly to anyone who wants authentic Mexican cuisine.“

“Fui al de Springville ase unos días y siempre todo está bien y la cajera en la mañana bien buena y siempre con una sonrisa pero ese día fuimos en la tarde después de las 6pm y fue un error. Los que están en la tarde se ven que no les gusta el trabajo y un muchacho creo que se llama Iván en su cellular ignorando mi pregunta. Mi esposo también no le gusta ir en la tarde por que no tratan bien a la gente. Necesitan una clase en cómo comportase con la gente. Nunca más regresamos en la tarde.“

“If you don’t understand the vibe and style of food motel west is going for then you’ll totally miss the concept and think it’s “overpriced” or “slow”. Everything menu item is genuinely thought through and meticulously made to give you way more than the generic Mexican food restaurant where you go and spend $1 on a street taco. I eat at flemmings and Ruth’s Chris at least once a month and I can honestly say comparing price/quality/flavor/presentation to those two, motel west comes out on top. I Absolutley would and will pay the money time and time again to eat here. The pricing is Absolutley reasonable for the quality of food they are going for. 🙏🏽“

“This is my go to taco restaurant. Seriously fantastic food. I really enjoy the asada street tacos but my favorite are the fish tacos. I’ve been looking for a good place to get fish tacos and this place exceeded my expectations. Best fish tacos in Utah by far.“

“This was absolutely amazing “holy cow” this was amazing!!!!! I’ve never had such fast service at any taco restaurant especially one that then serves such well cooked and well prepared tacos all around just an insane experience all the props in the world to the staff!!“
