“The woman working the drive thru at around 3:40pm today was an absolute Rock Star. Great service and the food and fries were fresh (fresh fries make such a big difference). My experience has always been good at this location.

They just got the tip option when you pay & I swear because I’m white and didn’t tip they didn’t make the burrito how they usually do and my tortilla is stuck to the paper and now have to eat paper with my burrito if I want it. I have never had that happen before. I love rancho’s but damn this is disappointing. Then for some reason they can never get you a sauce cup of sour cream and charge you 3.50$ or more for sour cream and give you a whole cup of it like for what?!?!
