The building itself felt a little older but looked fairly upkept. The service was OK, although there was an odd time when we went back to order an empanada after we ate lunch, and no one was around for a little while to help us. The guy that brought our food out was very happy and friendly. The food is definitely fairly typical Taco Time flavor wise- which to me is a little bland but sometimes simple is good.
