Anytime I'm in the Utah area, I make sure that I stop by Brooker's. I've consistently gone to this location for years now, and I am always impressed by their flavors - my personal favorites being Abigail Adams and Patrick Henry. In addition to the impressive historical theming and ambiance, service has always been satisfactory (and the outfits are awesome).

Brooker’s is my favorite ice cream place in Utah! Carson and Gwen are awesome and so helpful. I definitely try to bring everyone that visits here for all the neat flavors and cool vibes.

Decent ice cream, though not in the top tier of what I've had. The scoops seemed quite small to me. The employees were helpful and friendly. I probably wouldn't come back just because it doesn't feel like it's worth the expense to me, but clearly others feel differently and that's okay. 😊
