Service was quick. Biggest issues was that they made my to-go order with flour tortillas instead of corn (despite putting it in the order and saying it was for an allergy) so I couldn’t eat my meal.
I sure miss having Cafe Rio so this was my TREAT on Valentine’s Day. And look how cute their Valentine’s Day plates were! It was SCRUMPTIOUS! And, for a crazy busy day, they were very organized and streamlined.
I had a great experience at the Cafe Rio in Provo thanks to Jeniska. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly right. Even though it was busy, she kept a positive attitude and made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Customer service like hers really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back
