One employee at this location stands out. Her name is Susie. She is an absolute rockstar. Came to this location for the first time. 3 employees standing around behind the counter doing nothing and 2 more employees sitting in the lobby drinking and on their phones. Susie seemed to be the only one working and doing the work of 3 people. Susie stopped what she was prepping, washed her hands and proceeded to take our order as well as the 5 people behind us. She had all 6 of our orders...

Service and main food was honestly fine, but the chips really are stale which makes me believe their statement about making fresh chips every day is false especially when other Chipotle restaurants actually follow through with this

I'm not sure why this location has such awful reviews. I did go in to order. I did not order online. I had good service, the food tasted all right. My portion sizes were decent. I got this sofritas and it was spicier than normal with a bit of a different texture but it was still good.
