“Busyness changes day to day and hour to hour. I’ve been in a few times now, and every time the service is amazing and so is the food. My favorite thing to order is probably the maple house sandwich. Thanks for the great service and wonderful food every time I come in.“

“Top tier bagel, truly. My favorite in Utah alongside Baby’s in SLC. I just wish their online pickup order system allowed buying 2 oz servings of cream cheese to go. They only sell 8 oz.

EDIT: They added it to the site now, thanks Wombat!“

“This is a breakfast and lunch type of place. The staff were awesome. The food was amazing as always and I felt welcomed and like an old friend. As busy as they were they managed to smile and be polite. That alone is the value that will keep me coming back.i picked up three breakfast sandwiches and some bagels for the week.“

“This is such a special place!“

“Her sandwiches are fresh, tasty, and affordable; she wears gloves to make your sandwich & changes them with each new customer. Please keep this private business owner in business. She is worth all the hours she puts into serving the public with a smile & make those bagels taste delicious. Leave a tip....“

“Rich’s has the best carrot cake that I’ve ever had.“

“Brie was amazing. I just finished an appointment for a mammogram (which we all know is no fun at all) and Brie was nice, very sweet and just picked me up from feeling blah about my appointment. So thank you Brie for taking the time to be just straight out nice and say kind words to a stranger (even if it’s part of the job, it still matters trust me) As they say, you never know what the other person is going through…thank you!!!“

“I usually order the same thing everywhere I go but today I struggled to pick what I wanted because everything is so fresh and delicious. It was just the pick me up I needed for the day. I also loved your considerate Coca Cola Vendor who endured he wasn’t blocking us in or impeding our way at all. What an amazing team to pull together amazing products!!!“

“The apple cinnamon bagel was amazing with the strawberry schmeer that the hostess recommended! The service was quick and they brought our order straight to our table. Very fun atmosphere, great for group or date conversation!“

“Thank you so much for donating your day-old baked goods to feed the unhoused. Instead of throwing it out, cold people are being warmed.“

“The store is clean, the prices are fair, the food is fresh as well as delicious, and the staff is friendly. It’s a great environment to sit and eat in.“
