“I had an amazing experience at KFC recently, and I just have to give a special shout-out to Kimball! From the moment I walked in, Kimball's friendly attitude and impeccable service made all the difference. “I ate here the other day the reason I give it a rating of 4 stars overall is the sheer amount of grease on the fries, the flavor is nice. The addition of rosemary or Cajun was a nice change of pace to the standard salted fry. The chicken was above average for a chain/fast food fried chicken. The service is ok it’s mainly self service then they bring to food to ya. The wait is about 10 minutes for food. The chicken is fairly priced but the fries for the quality are a bit over. Overall 7.8/10.“

“Very good chicken. It was tender and juicy and very spicy haha. The fries seasoned a cajun style is pretty good and well seasoned. Only complaint I have is how uneven putting the spices on the chicken. you have some bare naked and some extremely coated. So each nugget is inconsistent. 18$ for 15 nuggets and fries + drink is pretty decent but could be worse. Less fries than what im used to for fast food but lots of chicken is great!

Place was little dirty and it was not busy but bathroom was pretty spotless. Ill probably get a medium next time since i found spicy to be too intense for my silly taste buds.“

Today I went here with my boyfriend and we got a takeout order, but by the time we got home we realized they had forgotten the sauce. We went back and the manager comped our meal and gave us our sauces! This just made me love this place even more!“

“I did not like fried chicken. It almost always felt greasy and normally doesn’t taste as good as it sounds in the moment. Houston’s hot chicken has NEVER disappointed. Damion has helped both me and my friends on more than one occasion along with an employee named Jaxson. The customer service is peak as everyone is so welcoming. Theirs is the best dry rub I’ve had as the chicken has never been dry, their house sauce is delicious, and their fries are the right level of crisp. HHC has quickly become my go to place for chicken. If anyone is looking for a great chicken place Houston’s Hot Chicken is where you need to go.“

Parking: In both locations there are other big stores as well, so you can find parking, it just might not always be close. The Drive-Thru moves very quickly also!

Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old (twin)grandchildren love going in!! They always get a treat or surprise ?

Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair for 6 months about 4 years ago and I had no problems at all.“

“Zaxby's is my goto fast food chicken place, bang for buck. The chicken is affordable, hot, & flavorful, sauces are good. The fries' seasoning is great but they could be crispier.

The cozy vibe & warm lighting inside is nice visually, but it tends to be somewhat chilly and the perpetual haunting screeching gets old so I usually takeout.“

“Wow. I have not had KFC for a number of years. When I have seen it or read about or even tried it was not impressed… to say the least. In fact I was shocked that KFC was even still in business.
I was having a camp out a few days ago and wanted to honor my late father. Whenever we would go on a camp out in Arizona he would always stop at the KFC in Payson and buy a bucket of chicken.
This was going to be more of a gag gift and then send a picture to my brothers. Make them laugh kind of thing.
I bought the bucket and my life changed. The food was very, very fresh. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The biscuits were so light and fluffy they were like the souls of angels.
Seriously, the food was good. I saw this location was in the top fifty KFC locations in the United States. It was a great meal.
I would go here again and not even for a joke. The food was very good. Don’t forget to get the biscuits.“
