“Very good chicken. It was tender and juicy and very spicy haha. The fries seasoned a cajun style is pretty good and well seasoned. Only complaint I have is how uneven putting the spices on the chicken. you have some bare naked and some extremely coated. So each nugget is inconsistent. 18$ for 15 nuggets and fries + drink is pretty decent but could be worse. Less fries than what im used to for fast food but lots of chicken is great!

Place was little dirty and it was not busy but bathroom was pretty spotless. Ill probably get a medium next time since i found spicy to be too intense for my silly taste buds.“

“The male manager on duty tonight at the University Oaks location in Round Rock TX was a wonderful representation of how a manager should run their store. I placed a mobile order on the app and added the breast cancer awareness bear. When I got there, he informed me that the bear has been sold out for a while now and he would let IT know since it was still being offered on the app. He tried to refund the money for the bear, but he said the system wouldn’t let him process it, so he refunded my entire order and gave me 3 Halloween cups for the inconvenience. That truly made my night and a wonderful start to the week. Thank you! 😊“

Today I went here with my boyfriend and we got a takeout order, but by the time we got home we realized they had forgotten the sauce. “I did not like fried chicken. It almost always felt greasy and normally doesn’t taste as good as it sounds in the moment. Houston’s hot chicken has NEVER disappointed. Damion has helped both me and my friends on more than one occasion along with an employee named Jaxson. The customer service is peak as everyone is so welcoming. Theirs is the best dry rub I’ve had as the chicken has never been dry, their house sauce is delicious, and their fries are the right level of crisp. HHC has quickly become my go to place for chicken. If anyone is looking for a great chicken place Houston’s Hot Chicken is where you need to go.“

“The place is unlike any other, especially the waffles. It’s my first time and Sara and Serenity were welcoming and suggested the Red Wonder or the Nutella Love as some of the sweet favorites. I ordered the Red Wonder and I was impressed by this beautifully hand crafted dough based waffle topped with fresh strawberries and raspberries! It was yummy! I highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch or dinner as they have a variety of dishes to satisfy your sweet and savory cravings! I’ll certainly be back for more.

This trip, my family and I got the 8 piece mixed with macaroni, mashed potatoes and beans. All the food was HOT! All the food was FRESH! Juicy chicken, sweet and savory mashed potatoes and gravy, perfectly seasoned beans. The macaroni wasn't mushy and overcooked like some of the other "chicken" guys; It was fresh and cheesy. Overall the establishment gets 5 Stars. Any negative experience would have been human error and not the fault of the company. We are all human and make mistakes so all is forgiven because yall be Makin some delicious food!“
