Tl;dr if you want a Vegas-like restaurant experience and aren't too snobby about your food then Las Botellas is your spot.Las Botellas delivers on exactly what i think they wanted to be, nothing like what you typically find in Utah. The food came out surprisingly fast, and after we mentioned to Nayra, our server that is was Mercedes’ birthday she gave us a complimentary dessert :).
