Uh huh.
The manager, Rita, is amazing. This panda location is the best in the valley. I haven’t been to a panda for a while but the food here was great and fresh, their team was awesome. Thank you Rita for your help with everything on our order tonight.
Ordered a plate with mushroom and chicken and found 2 large, solid chunks of cabbage underneath the mushroom and chicken making the portion cup of rhe plate appear full - the portion was cut by more than half with the chunks in there. Also, the flavor of the chow mein is off - old oil maybe? It is also mostly cabbage. I threw it away, it isn't good.
