We typically only go to Sonic for ice cream so I can’t speak for the food. The shakes can be hit and miss, I’ve ordered one with peanut butter a few times and it has no peanut butter flavor. We have also had times when they put the cherry on, realize we asked for no cherry and then just pull it off but the juice and red coloring is all over the whip. We always use the app so the service has always been quick and staff has always seemed friendly.
AUSTIN was so cool literally the best customer service I've ver had at this place. I had order a coke and a chicken sandwich and he just had such a positive attitude. I also had to pick up my husband's order and Austin didn't hesitate to help me with that. He brought it to my car and literally went above and beyond with his customer service. Thanks Austin!!

Mary was a phenomenal server! No joke! We live 10 minutes away from another location and are considering driving here from 30 minutes out because the service and food were amazing! We could tell she was working hard but still had a GENUINE smile on her face.
