Street Tacos El Tocayo LLC is a food truck located in the Advance Auto Parts parking lot. Customers describe the food as nice, real, simple, and absolutely delicious, with flavors on point. The carne asada, pastor, and pollo tacos are all DELICIOUS, and the cabeza tacos, classic tacos, and carnitas burrito are also favorites. The meat is tender, the tortillas are good, and the cooler of garnishes has everything you could ever ask for: onion, cilantro, limes, radishes, pico, roasted jalapeño (conveniently sliced), and sauces—which were all excellent. Service is nice, quick, and friendly, and prices are amazing for how much you get. There is a little tent where you can sit and eat, and parking was not an issue. Some suggest calling ahead for a bigger order. Many consider this place the best street tacos around and the best in salt lake vally.
