Staff verbally abused my family in the middle of the restaurant. Refused to give us a high chair for our two year old because of an isle table, wouldn’t reseat us, then said we need to leave if we didn’t want the table. An absolute nightmare in the middle of the restaurant. Nick was no where around Managing Partner, and the cook Ryan stood over our table and told us to leave! Kids were crying on the way out. Insane! Ordered takeout tonight and was hesitant to do so because the last couple of times things were forgotten or not as requested. This time we were missing chicken for a chicken salad and asked for a burger to be medium well and was pretty rare. Called location and they put me on hold waiting for manager for 15 minutes. I had to hang up because the ridiculous song that they have on repeat was making me go insane. That’s probably why they do it so they don’t have to talk to you...read full review
