30 min on a double quarter pounder and 10 min on the refund. Crappy service. Bad attitudes.
I stopped at this McDonald's while passing through Roosevelt and had a genuinely good experience. The restaurant was clean, the dining area was bright, and everything looked well cared for. There wasn't much of a wait, and my order came out hot and exactly the way I ordered it. There's something comforting about opening a bag and getting fresh fries that are actually hot enough to remind you why everyone steals one before you make it back to the car.

Service through the drive-through can be lively and enjoyable, with radios rocking, subwoofers thumping, and the Mary Poppins soundtrack blaring, creating a party-like atmosphere. However, dining in the restaurant may present challenges such as cold fries, unwrapped food, and staff who can seem short or almost rude at times. The parking lot can also be difficult to navigate. The staff is generally prompt in addressing errors, such as missing kids' meals. Some employees are very friendly and smile often, but others may be less welcoming. For example, a hot fudge sundae machine was not working, and fries were often cold, leading to disappointment. Overall, the experience may vary, but many find that the quality and service do not always match the price.
