“We ordered a cake for my stepdad’s retirement from the post office and his 70th birthday, and overall we had a great experience. The cake and cupcakes looked absolutely beautiful—everything was decorated perfectly for the occasion. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and Raquel answered all my questions quickly and clearly. Her pricing was also very reasonable compared to others I considered. The cake itself tasted amazing, especially the raspberry filling—it was a big hit! The only downside was that some guests and I felt the cupcakes were a little dry and lacked flavor. That said, the customer service alone makes me want to order again. I’d definitely come back in the future!“

“Fantastic customer service from the owner of the store, Connor! I had a quality issue with a birthday cake I had ordered. I emailed in regards to the issue with photos and was immediately called/emailed the following day with an apology and how he would use the issue as training in the future and he made it more than right! Stand out business on customer service. My family and I love getting ice cream and birthday cakes here!“

“I am only giving the 5 star review to one worker and one worker only Ej. There were 5 workers it seemed present in the store yet Ej was the only one to help us with a smile. She was fast efficient and friendly. Even though she seemed very stressed she helped us and even remembered us when we came back in.

I’m overly pleased by the way she handled customers even when the workers around her seemed to be slacking. She seemed to be solving a problem with door dash yet always prioritized the customers in the lobby!
