Fantastic vibes and a welcoming atmosphere. Staff was friendly and the acoustics kick ass. Awesome bar with frequent, amazing shows. Will definitely return for more metal concerts in the future!

Cons Termites holding hands and front door has a drop off to eternity. Drunken maneuvers and injuries at door. Pros good bands booked there at many times. Food average and very closed in atmosphere.

ACE is the PLACE for your heavy metal needs in SLC!

KILLER bands!
KILLER food! (Especially the tacos!)
KILLER beers!
KILLER wall and ceiling decor!

A true gem of SLC, and of the United States as a whole!

But if you are a person like me, who likes beer but doesn't particularly enjoy getting drunk or breathing second-hand smoke, stay towards the front of the venue.
