This was our first time here. Service was excellent, vibe was good, cocktails were watery, food was meh. Very meh. At nearly $200 for me and my wife, I was hoping for so much more. She liked her salmon but it wasn't anything special. Personally, I've ordered salmon from Denny's that tasted similar. The lamb chops were good but everything else on the plate lacked flavor. It's like they don't know what salt is. It needed a sauce to pull it all together. The crispy rice nigiri was just ok as well. Lacked flavor.

We enjoyed our first time visit. I like the feel of the restaurant. A little slow start with service. It took a while for the 2 hostesses to decide where to seat us with a reservation. Then we had to ask for our server after being seated for about 10 minutes. However, once our server greeted us , he was great. We ordered the edamame, a tuna roll and the steak and scallops which all were very good. We would return.

Outside of the music choice, which I questioned for such an upscale dining establishment, everything was phenomenal. The service was great, the manager checked in with each table including ours, and the food was delicious.

Wonderful service. We went for an anniversay dinner and the staff was very attentive and pleasant. The steaks were cooked perfectly. I don't think I'd do the brussels sprouts appetiser again, it was charred more than I would prefer but that is a quibble compared to the excellet preparations of both entrees and dessert. A++ would go again. Bring a jacket. You might be seated near the doorway and it can get a little breezy.

This restaurant has quickly become a favorite of ours. From the sushi to the elegantly prepared meals, Aqua Terra is delicious from start to finish. I almost never order dessert at restaurants, but you honestly cannot skip it here. The service is almost always impeccable. Zero issues at all. The ambiance is perfect. It's not too loud, it's modern, and it tastes so incredibly good. Must go for anyone in Salt Lake or the Salt Lake Valley.

the sushi was excellent!! The bison tips, filet were also excellent. Service was ok, the note to that is we had a new waitress......... The atmosphere is nice, restaurant overall is a really nice place. Would definitely go back

Jordan was amazing, she was taking care of us on our date night. she made sure we got the best options for sushi, steak and wine. i loved how she chimed in once and a while making sure we had everything we needed and was very charasmatic, im going to make sure shes my waitress every time i come

We came in for my birthday on a reservation. We asked if we were able to be seated early. We were. However after being seated our server never returned. Our glasses were both dirty, not that we were ever given water, multiple other couples were seated after us, right next to us, with water and orders taken before ours, they pointedly walked past us to serve the newer customers. We left. Take your business somewhere else, somewhere better. I would highly recommend Bambara, they're fantastic.
