God bless Aquarius fish. They are the only place in Utah to get consistently good Sushi grade Fish, and all of their other fish is always top-notch. And the guys who run the place are super knowledgeable and friendly, shout out to Caleb in particular.
Fantastic experience here!! Needed a spot for fresh fish for sushi, and this place definitely understood the assignment. I've now been 4 times this month and always look forward to stopping by!
Aquarius Fish Co is my salvation in a landlocked state. The fish is fresh, extremely high quality, and the prices are fair. I love going here when I want to make poké or sushi. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and will hook you up with exactly what you need. This is the place to get fresh fish in Utah!
