I am from Germany where we don't have a lot of good Donut places. So I was excited to come to the US and as part of my vacation try some places here. When I searched for the best Donuts in Utah, Banbury Cross Donuts was one of the suggestions. After I visited most of them (6 different places), Banbury came out on top. 10/10. Their concept would work in Germany as well. You probably would have to wait 2 hours to get a Donut. Keep it up and see you again next year!

The donuts are actually very good, but the customer service was terrible. Today I ordered 7 donuts and the older lady working there stacked them all together in a paper bag instead of putting them in a box, completely ruining the presentation.
It makes you wonder if they care more about saving a box than giving customers a good experience and proper service.
If you want to avoid dealing with the rude older lady working there, don’t go early on a Saturday.
